Given the substantial scale of the Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) organization, the Electronic Finding Aid System (EFAS) has emerged as a significantly enhanced solution for mitigating inaccuracies in the tracking and storage of client folders within the records department of SSNIT. EFAS empowers personnel across various departments to effortlessly request access to folders stored within the records department while simultaneously facilitating precise monitoring of the folder's journey until its secure return to the records repository. Furthermore, the personnel stationed within the records department can employ this sophisticated system to efficiently locate specific folders within the extensive inventory. This integrated approach not only streamlines the internal processes within SSNIT but also ensures the security and accessibility of client records, reinforcing the organization's commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
